Electronic Retailing Association's Consumer Complaint Log

ERA’s Self Regulatory Program is designed to protect you from misleading advertising claims. More specifically, the program will review direct response programming for claims that cannot be substantiated or proven by valid, scientific evidence.  If you have any other problems with a product (poor quality, credit card disputes, unordered items, shipping & handling, etc.) please use the other resources provided by Savvy Shopper to protect you, the consumer.
